Healthy Habits ft. Goli Gummy

While we are in this crazy time period of physical distancing and staying home, I am trying to focus on the positives. One of those positives is that we have more time on our hands (A LOT more, if you used to commute to and from work in Manhattan, hehe) and so I’ve been trying to spend that extra time bettering myself. I want to focus on developing healthy habits, and hopefully get them so ingrained in me that I will be able to continue them after this is over and we go back to “real life.”

Lastly, I wanted to share some other habits I have developed that I think are helping immensely with my physical and mental health.

PHYSICAL: Vitamin C gummies (great for immune boosting) and walking outside every day. Not only am I getting in a natural dose of Vitamin D when I walk outside, but walking is SO underrated. MENTAL: The Jour app and Love God Greatly Bible Studies. The Jour app is a free app that helps me do a 5 min journal entry once a day. I start by choosing what my mood is that day, and then I answer three questions that help me reflect on why I feel that way and I can learn from it.

Lastly, Love God Greatly offers a library of free, downloadable Bible studies. I am currently completing an 8-Week long study on David. It has been so incredibly helpful to read a few passages each day, reflect on it, and answer a question/journal about it.
