Hey guys! If you are reading this (the day I posted it lol) then I am currently driving to the University of Alabama for my senior year (*GULP*) and I am on a super long, ten hour road trip back to school from home in Orlando, FL. Now, everyone knows there are many “road trip essentials”, like Starbucks (duh), comfy clothes, sunglasses, and of course a really good playlist.
I’ve gone on multiple road trips, probably way more than I ever had imagined going on in college, but I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to Dallas, Nashville, New Orleans, and a few other places for fun experiences like away football games and concerts! While to me, a road trip means at LEAST 3 hours… some, like the one I’m doing right now, are 10 hours or more! And of course, those require a playlist of maximum length, but in keeping with my other playlist posts, I wanted to cap it at 30. However, I know when you’re really looking for quality tunes for a super long car ride, finding a list of “only” 30 can be annoying. So, don’t fret, I have multiple, MULTIPLE other road trip and super long playlists on my spotify. In fact, for my drive home after sophomore year, I actually made a playlist that is 8 hours long called “bye bye sophomore yr” with a peace sign. Haha! Feel free to stalk my entire Spotify, bc I have lot, but for this post, here is my typical “long drive playlist.” A lot of upbeat, pump-up songs, a couple of ballads, some country and a few dance songs, and a few classics. Literally everything you need to stay sane on a super long drive 🙂 Happy Listening!
